Mission;

To Forge a deep look of our present , the children with the aim of discerning a prosperous future of a nation. This program concerns social work from the private sector organisations and civil society, which can contribute to the childhood development.
It is the genesis, and at the same time, the crucible that fuses and produces effective actions and practical interventions to eradicate the problems that may impair an optimal development of children and adolescents.

This program proposes a management model based on concepts of CRS, based on one of it´s strongest assumptions, (we refer to): The Eradication of Child Labor.

This (conduct)model is adopted voluntarily by companies,partly to strengthen relationships with the community and its stakeholders (groups of interest). It is an approach that allows a positive image of the company towards the society, while seeking to reduce risk factors in RSE management (conductcodes), designed from a purely technical angle.

Objectives:

To develop an institutional framework of actions aimed for the elimination of child labor.

To recognize the social work of the companies that join the project through the granting of the Empresa Amiga de la InfanciaI-stamp(C.F.C- stamp).

To transfer a vision from the social field into the private sector, in order to implement management models that creates a trend and enable replication of Good Labor and Social Practices.

To promote a policy of responsibility in the company, involving the whole panorama of social principles that the program raises, in line with the premises of the globally standardized CSR.

Program Benefits;

The real main characters and recipients, are none others than the children and adolescents, but beyond that the program also encourages it´s participants through:

Empresa Amiga de la Infancia acts;

The program allows fundraising activities aimed to support contracted actions for children and youths affected by the problem of child labor, the development of workshops to support formal and nonformal education, to edit and publish research and documentacions about childlabor in the country, to run campaigns of public awareness and training seminars for companies in topics of RSE.

Each company that joins the program will participate in the annual award of Empresa Amiga de la Infancia, and can access the Social Certification REDI, created jointly by the Association Amanecer, verified and evaluated by IRAM Argentina. This certification is based on recognized standards of acceptance (ISO 26000, next to aprovation - SA 8000. Social Acountability Counsil) and management parameters of CRS.

The company brand will be communicated and represented in all the activities carried out under the framework of the program, Empresa Amiga de la Infancia will in that way give the company a social recognition and help to categorize it within a cluster of leading companies.
Our program associates to international references as The Global Compact and can assist companies willing to adhere to it in the formulation of case management reports if they so require.

Empresa Amiga de la Infancia innovates, sets the trend, and assists effective and concrete the formulation and implemention of specific interventions to impact positively on short and medium term, for all the target groups.
